The Yolo County Assessor and Elections offices are open to the public, but we encourage setting up an appointment. Staff will respond should they have questions after reviewing the appointment within one business day. The Clerk-Recorder office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and does not require appointments. To schedule a marriage ceremony please call (530) 666-8130.
